Bucharest, June 3, 2025 – From paperwork to pixels, public administration enters the digital age! The operations of 18 central government institutions in Romania are set to be automated using cutting-edge technology.
Software Imagination & Vision (SIMAVI) has been selected as the winning bidder to implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across more than 18 institutions within Romania’s central administration. This marks the largest digitalization initiative under the country’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP).
A major milestone in the digital transformation of Romania’s public administration, the project was initiated by the Romanian Authority for Digitalization and aims to revolutionize citizen interaction with public institutions—eliminating paperwork, unnecessary trips, and long waits.

Automating 240 Core Public Service Processes with AI-Driven Digital Assistants
