Software Imagination & Vision (SIMAVI) Wins Another Major European Commission Contract for eLearning Development
Bucharest, [2024-12-06] – Software Imagination & Vision (SIMAVI) is proud to announce that it has been awarded a significant framework agreement by the European Commission, titled “Framework contract for learning and development services for staff of the institutions, bodies and agencies (‘IBAs’) of the European Union”, Lot 6: Media Content Development.
This prestigious framework agreement, managed by the Directorate-General for Human Resources and Security (DGHR) of the European Commission, enables the Romanian IT company SIMAVI to design and deliver custom digital eLearning courses for all European Commission general directorates. These eLearning courses developed by the Romanian software integrators aim to enhance the knowledge and skills of the Commission’s staff across a wide range of fields, supporting their professional growth and development.
Eight other consortia have participated in the tendering procedure, as follows: Abilways – Cilevel partners; Apolitical group limited; Deloitte Consulting & Advisory BV; Mosaicoelearning SRL, Digimagix L.P., E-Learnmedia, S.R.O., Copperpot D.O.O., Actua Gestioni Del Conocimiento, S.L.; Pricewaterhouse Coopers EU Services Eesv; NTT Data Belgium; Consortium EYA_Digited ; ICF S.A., Stichting Europees Instituut Voor Besturiskunde*institut europeen d’administration publique european institute of public administration eipa.
The framework agreement spans a duration of 48 months and has a maximum budget of €8,616,000. It reinforces SIMAVI’s commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality eLearning solutions tailored to the specific needs of international institutions.
